This website offers visitors gift giving products, designs, downloads and tutorials. When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. 

You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase, and that Wonder Mimi Makes may charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING Wonder Mimi Makes WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES.

Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax. We will charge tax only in states where digital goods are taxable.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page. Prices for products offered may change at any time, and we do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Times to process the items sold will vary depending on the item. Typical process time is 1-2 business days. Standard shipping is the default method. This can take from 3-5 business days. If you provided an email address, you will receive updated information about your order.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. However, should you have a problem with an order, please contact us at hello@frecklesandfonts within 10 days of receiving your order.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

You agree and consent that the uploaded/transferred content may be publicly displayed at the website.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the United States of America, State of Nevada, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.  Any and all such claims and disputes shall be addressed through a mediator of our choosing in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. Should mediation yield no conclusion, any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
